how to order
- pop in touch here to obtain the password to look at the products in my wholesale offer via my online catalogue
- once you have chosen the products, colours, glaze designs & quantity you’d like, complete an order request. (if you can’t decide on exact colours and/or glaze designs, i can do that for you - just leave the 'glaze details’ clear!)
- once i have received your order request, i will be in touch with a digital invoice (which will include calculated shipping/delivery costs, typically 10% of your order value), within 3 working days.
- i will begin making your order as soon as payment has been received (for payment plans, orders will be started once the first invoice has been paid).
commission-based sales: although i prefer stockists to purchase outright through the method above, i understand that a commission-based agreement works better for a lot of small business folks. if you are an independent shop that stocks solely on a commission basis i’d be happy to chat about those details - just get in touch! :)
- i’ll next be in touch to let you know when your order is ready to be shipped/delivered (usually within 4-6 weeks depending on the size of your order.) at this point, any shipping/delivery overpayment will be refunded to you.
- if you have any issues or questions about the order process, please do not hesitate to contact me.
minimum order quantity
- i have a minimum order of 5pcs on any product - excluding the sample box & colour pallette samples, which are limited to 1 per stockist.
- as some of my pieces are smaller in size, they are more eye-catching when displayed in a group rather than standing alone - and their individuality means that customers will be curious to check out each item to find their personal favourite.
payment & order confirmation
- payment is requested via a Stripe invoice, for ease and efficiency of making & receiving payment. this will arrive to you via the email address you provided on your order request.
- if you would prefer to pay via manual invoice (bank transfer, invoice emailed to you) or purchase order, please indicate this on your order request.
- please note that i do not accept cheques or payment in cash.
turnaround times
- i aim for wholesale orders to be completed & ready to ship/deliver in 4-6 weeks, but they may take longer at particularly busy times. each ceramic is handmade by me; i’m a one-woman business, making for my monthly webshop drops and markets as well as wholesale. i am also committed to keeping my process as economical as possible by ensuring i fire the kiln when it’s full.
- please be aware that large orders (50pcs or more) may take the full 8 weeks or longer to complete.
- once you have submitted your order request, an estimated turnaround time will be given on your invoice.
shipping/delivery
- orders are shipped via either Royal Mail or Evri - fully tracked & express postage (1-2 working days). my final postage costs include expenses of packaging materials, which is always recyclable & reusable.
- if you would prefer your order to be sent via an alternative courier, please let me know at the end of your order request form so i can update your postage costs before sending an invoice to you.
- orders from stockists in colchester (uk) will be hand delivered free of charge. i can hand deliver to stockists within a 20 mile radius of colchester, with mileage charged at 45p/mile for the round trip - this is often better value for money than posting, and a chance to meet in person which is always lovely!
- shipping/delivery will be calculated and confirmed once you have submitted your order request, and will be added to your invoice accordingly - delivery costs will vary depending on size of the order.
- international orders: due to brexit, i’ve not branched out to having any stockists outside of the uk - but if you’d like to go on that adventure with me, just contact me!
cancellation policy
- if an order is cancelled between 5-10 working days, your order will be 75% refunded.
- if an order is cancelled 14 working days after it has been confirmed, your order will be 50% refunded.
- croucherli reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order up to 10 working days after the order has been confirmed (please be assured that this would only happen under exceptional circumstances). in the event of an order being cancelled by me, you will be refunded in full.
general terms & conditions
- when putting my wholesale offer together, i was keen to retain the individuality of my pieces that are widely loved by my customers & followers. my ethos has always been to bring a different personality to every piece i make.
- with this in mind, my wholesale products have the definitive 'croucherli style'; items that follow a pre-detemined design, but with interchangeable qualities (such as nose shapes, expressions & ever so slightly varied form shapes). this means that each piece will be unique; to you, your shop and your customers.
- all pieces are designed, thrown, trimmed, sculpted, fired, glazed, fired again & packaged by me. therefore there may be very slight variations in the glaze colours and consistency, and dimensions of each item.
- stockists must sell croucherli’s products at the RRP price point or higher.
- croucherli owns the business name, logo design, images and branding. croucherli’s products are also registered with & protected by the Intellectual Property Office - please do not use any designs without consent, or make an attempt to copy/replicate them.
- croucherli’s wholesale products are to be purchased for resale within shops, cafes, pop-up retail & online stores. It should not be used to create a collaborative product without prior agreement over email/writing - please get in touch before placing an order if you would like to use my work in this way (ie: turning the pots into candles). please also be aware that other makers may be using my wholesale range in a similar way, potentially resulting in similar products across different stockists.
