a creative clay session for children aged 13-17 years. in this session, we’ll be making a ceramic object to display & keep your jewellery or other small treasures.

suitability: 13 - 17 years, no experience required
in this session, participants will be shown techniques to create different styles of jewellery holder - from pinch pots to 3D making with slabs. all tools, materials & inspiration will be provided!
at the end of the session, participants will choose from a selection of glaze colours. lizzie will take the pieces home to glaze & fire in her kiln, and finished jewellery holders will be ready to collect from love local within 2-3 weeks.

parents/carers of participants under 16 years old must stay in the vicinity during the workshop - love local serve hot drinks & cakes, with a small seating area outside. parents/carers are also welcome to sit with their child during the workshop.
